Sharp Scores 150th Career Goal

Patrick Sharp netted his 24th goal of the season last night in the Blackhawks-Senators game. It was his 150th career goal in the NHL.

Sharp's been on a goal-a-game pace of late, so this whole "50 Goals" thing I keep obsessing over may be a reality.

Honestly, though, I was a bit surprised that his goal last night was only his 150th career tally. I must have suppressed the fact that Sharp spent a lot of his early pro years in the minors or as a bit player for the Flyers.
